That means focusing on cross-app input, clearer output, local-first records, and inspectable memory rather than turning everything into a remote black box.
Local-first where it matters
History, screenshots, archives, and learning signals should stay inspectable. Trust comes from visibility and control, not only from policy language.
Practical before theatrical
The team cares less about flashy AI demos and more about whether a hotkey, a prompt, an answer, or a screenshot meaningfully shortens the path to shipped work.
